The challenge
A subscription process involves more than a form. The prospect record, confirmation messages, subscription choices, lists and follow-up rules all need to fit the intended communication.
This case covers selected Pardot implementation work across several B2B client projects, predominantly for Swiss clients. The components shown come from different projects, rather than one combined deployment.
My work
I independently carried out the practical marketing implementation: Pardot configuration, forms, subscription and double opt-in processes, lists, automation rules, email templates and landing pages. The initial solution framework was established by my team lead; I took ownership of implementing the marketing components and coordinated with the wider project team.
The projects connected Pardot marketing processes with Salesforce CRM. My responsibility covered the marketing configuration and communication assets that made those processes usable.
Subscription work included form handlers, confirmation emails and pages, public lists and rules for unconfirmed opt-ins. The implementation had to reflect what each person had chosen to receive and how that choice was recorded.
What I delivered
- Independently delivered Pardot configuration within the agreed solution framework.
- Forms and landing pages for lead capture and subscription.
- Double opt-in components, segmentation lists and automation rules.
- Email templates and communication assets supporting those processes.
A good fit if: Your team needs hands-on Pardot / Account Engagement configuration, subscription-process work or email and landing-page production within a Salesforce project.
